MoreJobCalls.com is a marketing company for deck builders and other home-service contractors that books exclusive sales appointments onto the owner's calendar instead of selling shared leads. MoreJobCalls.com is on this list and it's ours. It's listed alphabetically, not ranked, and I've described it with the same columns as everyone else.

I wrote this because most "top deck marketing agencies" lists are written by one of the agencies on them, ranked with themselves at number one, with nothing you can check. So this page doesn't rank anybody. Every cell for every other company came from that company's own website, and the sources are listed at the bottom so you can open the same pages I did. If you want a way to score them, that's a separate page: the nine-point scorecard for choosing a deck builder marketing agency.

How This Comparison Was Built

To make the list, a company needed a live page on its own site offering marketing to deck, outdoor living or home-service contractors. I opened each site in September 2026 and filled the same six columns for everyone: what they mainly sell, their deck or outdoor focus, any published guarantee, any published pricing model, and any exclusivity claim.

"None stated" and "not published" mean exactly that: I didn't find it on the pages listed in the sources. It doesn't mean the company won't offer it on a call. Quotes are theirs, word for word.

A few patterns jump out once it's all in one grid. Most of these companies sell search visibility first, meaning a website, SEO and Google, with ads layered on. Only three describe their core deliverable as a booked appointment or consultation: Dirt2Dollars, YardReach and us. Only two say they limit themselves to one deck company per area.

Which Type Fits You

Don't compare a $249 website plan to an appointment program and conclude one is overpriced. They're different products. Figure out which one you're shopping for, then compare inside that group.

If you are not sure which group you are shopping in yet, start with the five categories of lead generation company and come back to this table once you know.

You need a website and to show up on Google

If your site is old, your Google Business Profile is thin, or homeowners can't find you when they search your town plus "deck builder," start here. Footbridge Media, Builders of Authority, Contractor Gorilla, Slamdot, Socius Marketing, Superpath and Hook Agency all lead with websites and SEO. Deck Builder Marketers and Deck Builder Marketing do too, but only for deck companies. Footbridge publishes a flat monthly price and Hook publishes starting prices by service. The rest in this group quote on a call.

You want ads run in your own account

Nearly everyone on this list runs Google Ads, and many run Meta ads: Hardscape Marketing Crew, Hook Agency, Superpath, Fence & Deck Marketers, To The Max Media, Deck Builder Marketers and Deck Builder Marketing among them. The question that matters is who owns the ad account and the data if you leave. YardReach says its systems use "your accounts and your content." We build in the client's own accounts too. For everyone else, ask the question on the call and get the answer in writing. Socius says "anything we create is yours to own forever," which is the kind of line you want in the contract.

You want appointments on your calendar

If you have someone who can run three to five appointments a day and you'd rather not work inquiries yourself, look at the three that sell booked time: Dirt2Dollars (on-site appointments, strongest in land clearing and dirt work, with an outdoor living page), YardReach (consultations for pool, hardscape and outdoor living companies) and MoreJobCalls.com (decks first, plus other home-service trades). All three publish some form of guarantee, and they're worded very differently. Before you compare them, read what a contractor appointment guarantee really covers, especially what counts as an appointment and what voids the remedy.

You want a lead feed

Angi, Thumbtack, CraftJack, Houzz Pro and Google Local Services Ads aren't marketing companies in the sense of this table. They're marketplaces or platforms that sell access to homeowners, usually shared with other contractors, and you pay per lead or per month. They can make sense for a new company with no reviews. I compared them separately, on what a booked appointment ends up costing, in Angi alternatives for deck builders.

Two Kinds of "Exclusive"

This is the column people misread most. There are two separate promises hiding under the same word.

Territory exclusivity means the agency won't take on your competitor across town. Fence & Deck Marketers states one deck company per city. To The Max Media states one deck building and refinishing company per service area. We offer exclusive territory on our VIP tier only, not as a default.

Lead or appointment exclusivity means the homeowner they produce for you isn't sold to anyone else. Dirt2Dollars, YardReach and MoreJobCalls.com all state this. It matters for a deck company, because a shared homeowner turns a $40,000 project into a price fight. It's still not the same as keeping a competitor off the agency's roster, so ask which one you're being promised.

What I Left Off, and Why

I looked at several big home-service agencies, including Scorpion, Blue Corona (now merged with RYNO Strategic Solutions), Built Right Digital and 7ten Marketing. None of them had a deck or outdoor living page on their own site that I could find in September 2026, so they're not in the table. That's a statement about this table's scope, not about their work. If one of them adds a deck page, it belongs here and I'll add it.

How to Use This Table on a Sales Call

  • Ask for the all-in monthly number. Management fee plus ad spend, in writing.
  • Ask who owns the ad account, website and CRM, and what happens to each if you cancel.
  • Read the guarantee, not the headline. What counts, what the remedy is, what voids it.
  • Ask for deck results with a name attached. A builder you can call beats a percentage on a slide.

If you want to see how we handle all of that for a deck company specifically, it's laid out on our deck builder marketing page. Hold us to the same questions.
